REGISTRATION
Competitors are requested to register at the Club House immediately on arrival, but not later than 12:00 h. noon on the day preceding the championship. A competitor’s
failure to meet the deadline or to pre-notify the Committee of his/her pending arrival time may result in the competitor losing his/her starting field place reservation.

LOCKER ROOMS
The locker rooms are in the club house, just next to the pro-shop. For any assistance in obtaining a locker, please ask at reception. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the locker rooms.

GOLF BAG STORAGE
For golf bag storage, kindly contact the caddy-master. The club is not responsible for theft or damage to clubs.

DRUGS
Participants´ attention is drawn to the prescribed list of drugs issued by the Spanish Golf Federation which is available on www.golfspainfederacion.com .
Any player infringing this condition or, if asked to do so, refusing to take a drug test, may be disqualified.

DRESS CODE
Blue jeans, t-shirts and shorts are not allowed at any time on the course and in the club house. Soft spikes are compulsory on the golf course.

FACILITIES ON THE GOLF COURSE
Water fountains on holes: 4, 7, 10, 14, 15 and 16.
WC on holes: 5, 10 and 14.
Distance markers on sprinkler heads on fairways indicate meters to the front of the green.

MEDICAL INFORMATION
A medical team will be on call for emergencies during the tournament (from Thursday to Saturday). The closest hospital is the Costa del Sol Hospital, 1 km from
the golf course (Telf.: 951 97 66 69)

MOBILE PHONES
Please note that the use of mobile phones is not allowed in the club house (except in the locker rooms) or on the golf course.

PLAYER´S INFORMATION DESK
The reception will be open daily one hour before the first starting time.

DRIVING RANGE
Please refrain from hitting balls over the security net at the far end of the driving range. Practice balls are complimentary and are available on the range.

PRO-SHOP
The pro-shop is in the golf reception area: it will open daily one hour prior to the first starting time.

TROLLEYS
Pull-trolleys are available free of charge. Please contact the caddy-master Electric trolleys are available at a cost of 12 € per round.
All interested players in booking an electric trolley must get in touch with the golf club in order to formalize the booking.

SCORE CARDS / PIN POSITIONS / LOCAL RULES:
They will be handed out by the starter.
